If you have questions about the NECRC Exterior Fix-up Grant program, the BUILD program (for energy efficiency upgrades and renovations), CMHC's RRAP (Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program), or any other housing related programs or issues, Kali is there to answer your questions.
